Vitamin E is found in sufficient quantity in groundnut oil. Apart from vitamin E, many types of minerals are also found in abundance in peanuts.

3. Almonds

Almonds are a rich source of Vitamin E and minerals. 25.6 mg vitamin E, 12.5 g fiber, 270 mg potassium, and 21.5 g protein are found in 100 grams of almonds. 4. Wheat Germ Oil
