1. Severe headache

When under pressure due to some reason, tension starts in the muscles of a person, due to which severe headache starts. Migraines may occur.

Diagnosis- Lavender oil or a carrier oil mixed with peppermint oil and massage it on the head and scalp in the morning, afternoon, and evening.

2. Unusual weight changes

Stress triggers the release of the hormone cortisol and alters the way the human body metabolizes fats, carbohydrates, and proteins, causing a person to gain or lose more than normal weight. Due to this, the diet of man becomes more or less.

Diagnosis- To overcome this problem, eat plenty of nuts, which provide an adequate amount of protein and fiber.

3. Hives

The human body releases a chemical called histamine when it experiences stress and there are abundant boom-hives. If a person’s immune system is weakened for some reason, the skin can become irritated due to new sensitivity (allergies) to things like heat, lotions, or detergents.

Diagnosis- Place a cold towel soaked in cold water on the affected area.

4. Hair loss

Stress brings the hair follicles of the human hair into a state of rest, due to which the hair of the human head starts falling after a few months.

Diagnosis- Be patient. When the stress level returns to normal, the hair starts growing again.

5. Gastrointestinal upset

Under stress, the human body can produce excessive amounts of digestive acid, causing gas and bloating in the stomach, which can also lead to diarrhea and cramps.

Diagnosis- Drink ginger tea and take an antacid. Consult a doctor if it is not beneficial.
